We wish to inform you that four (4) positions on the main board have fallen vacant and one (1) position on the Audit and Risk Committee. Expressions of interest are, therefore, being invited from 21/01/2022 to 04/02/2022. Please click here to download the nomination form for you to complete and submit by the 4th February 2022 by 17:00 hours.

Note that only shareholders will be allowed to submit nominations to the Board of Directors and to nominate, second, or support a nominee.
