Become a member in three easy steps
1.
First, an organisation must join and should be:
- An NGO or private organisation with more than 5 employees
- Willing to sign an MOU with CareCoop
2.
Then an individual member can join but she/he must:
- Be an employee of an organisation with a signed MOU with CareCoop
- Have an employment contract of not less than six months
- Be 18 years and above with a valid ID

Submit Application
- Download a membership application form or collect at our office
- Send your completed application form along with NRC, passport-sized photo and contract of employment to customerservice@carecoop.co.zm or drop it off at our office.
