Apply for a loan in three easy steps

Get Application Form
- Download or collect a Loan Application form from CareCoop Office.
2.
Fill in Application Form
- Fill in all relevant sections on the form and attach a copy of your NRC, valid employment contract and latest payslip as well as any other documents required for the loan type.
3.
Submit Form
- Submit your loan application via email to the following addresses: emergencyloan@carecoop.co.zm for Emergency Loans and carecoop.loanapp@carecoop.co.zm for all other loan applications OR submit the loan application form at CareCoop Office
