Apply for a loan online in just a few easy steps

You can now apply for a loan of up to ZMW30,000.00 from the comfort of your home or office through the following simple steps:

• Step 1: Update your KYC records with CareCoop
• Step 2: Sign Up for the CareCoop E portal by Clicking Here
• Step 3: Access the loan application option found on the portal used to access E statements
• Step 4: Apply for the loan by filling in the online form and uploading required documentation (No need for a scanned loan application form)
• Step 5: Receive feedback on your application through the portal

Note that only members with updated CareCoop records, including bank details and have signed up for the CareCoop E- Statement Portal can make use of the platform. Please fill out the KYC form by clicking here, and sending it to kyc@carecoop.co.zm to fully utilize the online loan application platform.

Remember to sign up for the E- Portal to access the loan application platform.

• What happens when I input my details and create my profile?

  You will receive confirmation of profile creation within 24 hours of submission via registered email

• What will I be able to do on the portal?

  You can access your statements for loans, savings and shares as well as make loan applications

• What else can the loan application portal do for me?

  You can track the progress on your loan without calling CareCoop using the portal

• How safe is the portal?

  CareCoop shall provide reasonable security for your information, ensure to read all terms and conditions relating to the use of the portal and loan application before submission
