What You Intend to Bring to the Board

The last 7 years of my membership have sufficiently exposed me to the knowledge and experience that allows me to be strategically positioned to add unique value to CareCoop through my skills and experience. Three areas I would like to focus on when elected on the board.

  • Customer Service: Improving customer service by working with the team to ensure that issues from CareCoop members are dealt with professionally and promptly. This will call for proactive communication and follow up of queries.
  • Regular update of online portal for CareCoop members. There is need to explore new ways of updating the member portal regularly. This will be convenient for all members and especially those domiciled out of Lusaka.
  • Documenting success stories from CareCoop members to preserve the rich history of the entity and also inspire other members to benefit from CareCoop products
