I am a seasoned Corporate Communications and Administration Specialist who has worked in the civil service, non-governmental organization (NGO) and the private sector. The additional experience and skill gained throughout my work in these sectors include Corporate Governance, Stakeholder Management, Financial Management, Business Administration, Contracts Management, Fraud prevention, Audit preparation and coordination and Compliance Management. The skills and experienced obtained are relevant and pertinent in managing the ever changing business environment that Carecoop operates in. I possess the strategic, operational and compliance business acumen required to influence and drive the decision making for a sustained growth of the organisation. Having been part of several corporate governance and leadership committees has given me the experience with influencing the strategic direction of organisations and managing change programmes effectively.

What You Intend to Bring to the Board

In the time of my membership with the Cooperative, I have witness a lot of advancements in the product offer, use of technology, stakeholder engagement and business expansion. The strategic direction requires agility in order to respond to the required changes for the projected business growth.

I come with vast leadership experience in innovative corporate governance that fosters accountability and transparency for continuous business development and sustainability.

With these attributes, I look forward to be part of the Carecoop Board of Directors that will facilitate in building a stronger and resilient cooperative to the benefit of members, government and other key stakeholders. To this end, I envision a financially stable cooperative through clear leadership and guidance to the organisation.
